Outlook meeting tracking not updating 2016 - germandating
Not only can you keep track of important meetings in Outlook, but you can also schedule and invite your contacts to them with a few clicks of the mouse.
But I don't want the attendees who have already accepted the meeting to receive the invitation again and think it's something they need to respond to. Because it has attracted low-quality or spam answers that had to be removed, posting an answer now requires 10 reputation on this site (the association bonus does not count).
When a meeting request is forwarded to a new attendee, the meeting organizer receives a meeting notification and the new attendee is added to the organizer’s meeting.
Doing this, however, doesn't alert the existing attendees of the added attendee.
If you want to keep the event as an all-day event, but show the time as something other than free on your calendar, change Show As.
When you use Outlook to forward a meeting to someone that was not originally invited to the meeting, Outlook sends a meeting forward notification to the meeting organizer.
You can change an event into an appointment, by opening the event, and then clearing the All day event check box.
Now, as an appointment, the time is marked as busy on your calendar.
This article describes how to keep Outlook from accepting all invitations as "Tentative" and how to keep them from appearing on your calendar before you have accepted them.
Note 1: Even though a meeting request will no longer be automatically added as Tentative to your Calendar upon receiving, it will still be added as Tentative as soon as you select the meeting request in your message list.

Calendar invitations can really clutter up your calendar!
If for any reason the meeting organizer does not receive the meeting forward notification, the meeting attendees are not added to the organizer’s meeting.
